How to do your eyes for your brow shape

Hello all!

This is just a quick, informational post for today. I was poking around on youtube (what's new...) and found, what I believe to be, a very informational tutorial on how to create an eyeshadow shape that matches your brow shape. Even as someone who is obsessed with makeup, I never considered exacting my shadow shape down to a science. This would explain why my shadow can come out great on some days and less than desirable on others. I can't imagine I am in alone in this, so I thought I would post the tutorial for everyone to see. I hope you find it as helpful as I did. Enjoy!

Review and Swatchfest: Skin 79 BB Cream Buffet

Ever since I saw youtube's missglamorazzi rave about her Hot Pink Super+ Triple Function BB Cream, I had to know: what is a BB Cream and what makes it so special? To answer my own beauty quandary, I purchased a BB Cream smaple pack on amazon.com for $10 to see what the fuss is about.

From the left: Super BB Gold BB Cream, Super Triple Function BB Cream, Diamond the Prestige, Pearl Luminous BB Cream

Birchbox Review: blinc Mascara

I love trying new mascaras. I feel like a look doesn't come together until the mascara is on and it can be surprising how different mascaras can change the look of your lashes so drastically. So, the more mascaras I try, the better! With that, I am so glad I got a chance to try blink Mascara ($24) and it's very  unique formula. Please read on for more pictures and the full review!

Note: I realize some my posts can be quite the narrative, so I will start posting my overall thoughts in the "verdict" section at the bottom of the post. Let me know if you like the format!

Birchbox Review: Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine Cologne Absolue

I love receiving perfumes in my Birchbox because they make for such great travel accessories. Whenever I get off a plane, or have been traveling all day,  I am always looking for a way to freshen up and a purse sized perfume is typically just the thing. Even if the fragrance isn't 100% for me, its a little something that can perk up the senses and omit the stench of travel.

This sample of Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine Cologne Absolue ($145) is no exception to my "I love travel sized perfumes" rule, however the scent may not be for me.
