Review & Swatchfest: Revlon Colorstay 16 Hour Eye Shadow Quads in Seductive, Serene, & Siren

n order to celebrate making it into the 5th challenge in the Allure Beauty Blogger Awards, I'm reviewing and swatching all of the beauty goodies we received to complete the challenge. First up are the Revlon Colorstay 16 Hour Eyeshadow Quads! To make the pictures more manageable in terms of pictures, I'm going to divide them up into 4 posts.

Overall, these palettes have a wide variety of colors, neutrals, mattes, shimmers, and even satin finishes. The best part is that they do them well. I don't necessarily think they last 16 hours without a primer. But, with a primer, they last all day and always have good color payoff. Normally I don't associate Revlon with having wild and adventurous eyeshadow colors, but these quads definitely changed my perception! The best part is that, not only are these quads accessible in most drugstores, but they are available at drugstore prices. Often, they will have BOGO 1/2 off which means you can get a staple neutral daytime palette and a fun, colorful nighttime palette even if you are on a budget.
