I got OPI's Pirouette My Whistle a few weeks ago and didn't quite know what to do with it, until I layered it over Sinful Color's Easy Going. While the larger flecks won't be as readily evident over a lighter color, they catch light like nobody's business and are very reminiscent of every Disney movie with a fairy in it. I'm loving this as a light, summery nail combo.
