To kick off Pantone's latest Color of the Year announcement, I wanted to put a tutorial together using both this years' and lasts years' colors: Tangerine and Emerald! Poppy is going to be a hot color for the lips, and it complemented the look, so I thought I would throw in a gloss I recently received from glô·Minerals. I'm excited to welcome Emerald in as the Color of the Year and expect to have a video of my top Emerald must-haves coming up soon!
