| Model Co Ultra Shine Lip loss in Strip Tease |
Model Co Ultra Shine Lip Gloss in Strip Tease is a typical sheer peach gloss with slight peach shimmer - very similar to
Wet n Wild Mega Slicks Lipgloss in Panning for Gold. The formula promises a non-stick consistency with long-lasting lustre while the packaging has a feature not seen on most glosses: a mirror.
Strip Tease is very sheer and really just provides a glossy finish with minimal shimmer to the lips. It has a delicious fruity scent without having a fake fruit taste. While the formula is definitely on the smoother, non-sticky side, I think this contributes to how short lived it is on the lips - about an hour without eating and drinking. I didn't notice any additional smoothing or moisturizing properties with this gloss. While a mirror on the side of the package might be convenient for a bold lipstick, I find that a sheer gloss like this can be applied without too much worry about coloring outside of the lines.
Overall, I think $16 is too much to spend on a gloss without formula qualities that stand out. It might be justified in the packaging, but in this case the mirror isn't really necessary.
