Review: Makeup Geek Face Brush Bundle

Makeup Geek Face Brush Bundle

After falling in love with the Ultimate Eye Shadow Palette, I was inclined to try more from the Makeup Geek line. Next up: the Face Brush Bundle. With 5 brushes for $44.99, this set includes everything you need to get from prep to set. Learn more about what's inside in the video, and from the brush descriptions below!
  • Face Buffer Brush: Densely packed, and cut into a rounded shape, this brush is great for buffing liquid or powder into the skin.
  • Angled Stippling Brush: With densely packed bristled cut to form a smooth, slanted plane, this brush is great for any product you might need to buff in over wide areas, but still has edges that make it conducive to getting in more precise areas, like around the nose and undereye area.  Although not the stippling brush I typically imagine, this brush is perfect for applying liquid foundation.
  • Cheek Highlighter Brush: This duo-fiber brush is small enough for precise application, with bristles short enough to blend without dragging products around - perfect for applying liquid or cream over foundation.
  • Rounded Blush Brush: I tend to prefer larger, fluffy brushes to apply blush as i find it easier to build product. This blush brush is smaller and more dense, making it better for applying powder contour.
  • Angled Contour Brush: Much like the blush brush, these bristles are packed pretty densely, and the brush is about half the size of similar brushes I own, making it better for more precise work.
Do you see any must-have brushes for your daily routine?
